Anyway, I wanted to review one lady in particular today and that is the amazing lady and voice of Adele! The album is called "21" which was her age when she recorded it. This was her second album release after "19" which again was her age at the time.
"Rolling in the Deep" is the first song on the album and it is awesome, it has everything you could want in a song, love lost, and arguments the music is incredible and her voice is off the chart. The second song is "Rumour Has It" a more upbeat and up tempo song again her voice shines as to the lyrics all about an affair.
"Turning Tables" is another song that features that familiar story about how people turn the tables and use your words against you, such a cool song.
"Don't You Remember" is a lament about heartbreak and reflection of a failed relationship (that's why i only do booty calls now, who wants all the strings attached not this monkey sex and out is my motto. "Set Fire to the Rain" is a straight pop song about how fucked up relationships can be. "He Won't Go" and
"Take It All" seem to be fillers on this album while sung incredibly well they don't seem to reach the heights of her other songs. "I'll Be Waiting" and "One and Only"
are songs that are awesome, I just love them. "Lovesong" is her take on a cure classic enough said and she does to justice to it I might add.
The last song and quite possibly the stand out is the song "Someone Like You" it is full of gut-wrenching and brutally honest lyrics that manage to give you goose bumps, amazing music and an amazing vocal performance make this song an absolute winner for me. So all up I have two things to say about this album
1 - this is a must have for your collection, go and get it now, you will be listening to it for years to can I promise.
2 - this lady can sing!
So I am giving this a massive 4.5 shots of whiskey out of 5 so bottoms up and let me finish singing along "I heard that your dreams came true..."
Till next week peace out my bitches
